Directions for Camping;
Follow the Alton Towers Route on major roads.
If you are coming from the M1 or M6 junctions, follow the signs to Alton Towers and you will arrive at Uttoxeter, at the McDonalds roundabout follow the B5030 road, still following the signs for Alton Towers.
As you approach the JCB Factory at Rocester, with the first lake on your left hand side, at the first roundabout take the first left which is called Station Road and follow the signs for Hollington.
Follow this road, for approximately 3 miles, taking the third turning on your right signed posted, Keelings Lane and Croxden Abbey.
Follow this road and you will go past the historic ruins of Croxden Abbey
You will eventually come to a T junction, turn right for on Alton Lane, and we are the first driveway on the left hand side, you will see the sign Wood Farm, go up the private drive for a 1/4 mile. NOTE. Please drive slowly there are children playing and farm animals grazing.
Follow the driveway to the top, whereby you will reach the farm yard.
Directions for Caravans;
Follow the Alton Towers route, going past the JCB Factory at Rocester.
This will take you through the village of Denstone continue to follow the Alton Towers signs.
As you pass the sign for Alton village, carry on this road past the Blacksmiths pub which is on the left hand side, ignoring and further Alton towers signs.
Take the first major turning on the left,(Approximately 500 yards from the Blacksmiths Pub), which is sign posted for Bradley, Great Gate, Croxden Abbey and the Raddle Inn which is on the brown tourist information sign.
Follow this road for approximately 1 mile, as you approach the top of a hill you will see our driveway on the right hand side, sign posted Wood Farm.
