Thanks to everyone who visits my web page.
I have updated my 2019 Topps Heritage Wants and Trade list to reflect recent trades and eBay purchases. Still trying to finish a few of theses 2006-2018 sets I have been working on. I was hoping to finish off a few of them this year and would appreciate any help at all. My first effort will be to try to finish as many subsets as possible especially those requiring one or two cards. So any help from my friends and trading partners would be appreciated. If you can help, please let me know. I will sell or trade any listed cards for cards on my want list first, but I will trade for trade bait if I like the offering. Don't see what you need between 1980-2019, please ask and I will take a look. So lets trade!! Please note most of the cards listed for sale or trade are not priced. I use Beckett pricing as a basis for valuing cards in a trade and sale with all pricing negotiable. I "STILL" need just one more 2011 Topps Heritage '62 Mint card to finish the set, that being Eric Davis. Check out my Topps Heritage Wants (2006-2019) as well as all of my Trade Stock.
TRADING PARTNERS "HEROES OF THE TRADE"
Now a little about me. I collected baseball cards into my early teens and lost interest only when my parents threw my cards out. I got back into Baseball cards in the early 80's because my son was involved. It started with rides to the local card shop, then cards shows, then signings and the more he got involved the more my interest was rekindled. I vividly remember my first visit inside a card shop with him. I had waited in the parking lot for longer then I cared to so I went into the shop to fetch him. He was in line at the register to pay for the cards he had selected so I killed some time by looking at the cards that were on display. Imagine my shock to see some of the late 1950's and early 1960's baseball cards that I had had in my collection with some pretty hefty price tags attached. From that day forward I prompted my son to take care of the cards in his collection and they might someday see some appreciation in value. We attended local shows, as there were plenty in those days, and bought mail order as well but we did very little trading. As a result we accumulated thousands of duplicates. My son went off to college and priorities changed, but by then Dad was hooked and so I continued working on his want list and not one of my own. Eventually I started putting together some sets that were of interest to me. I started assembling the 1996 Leaf Signature Series set several years late. Many years later I set out to assemble a 2006 Topps Gold set which I accomplished with the assistance of Jamie K. Then in 2007 I went to a card show and got interested in some unopened 2006 Topps Heritage boxes a dealer had. I busted both boxes and was hooked. I have done only Heritage ever since. That gets us back to the present and the purpose of this web page. I am still working on 2006 thru 2019 Topps Heritage sets and I need help finishing them off. I hope to connect with like minded collectors who may have wants of there own and might have some of the cards that I need as well. I am continuously updating my wants as well as my duplicates so check back from time to time and see what's new. Good luck, good hunting and most of all have fun. Thanks for looking. Bill
