Thank you for visiting Virginia Trading Company (VTC) online. Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. VTC is committed to ensuring that your credit card data and other personal information will be treated with the highest level security and confidentiality. We have endeavored to provided a place to shop that ensures that the privacy and security of your transactions are safe. To that end VTC has retained PayPal as our exclusive authorized credit card processor. VTC products are only available for purchase online or by order form (order forms are available by request via email vtc2000@gmx.com). Telephone sales are not available. When you place a credit card order using PayPal, all information is encrypted using SSL technology, this ensures that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented, information sent via the internet can be trusted to arrive safely and privately.  
If you would prefer paying by check, please email VTC and a printable order form and instructions will be emailed back to you. Checks must clear before shipping.


Email Privacy:

We will not disclose your email address to anyone. The private information that you disclose to VTC during a sale is not for sale to anyone at any price - period! For customers who make a purchase online we only collect data about the VTC pages our visitors visit the most often. We use this information to improve your overall online shopping experience. Please note that email is not encrypted and cannot be considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. When contacting VTC by email please do not include credit card information.


VTC Shipping and Return Policy:

All orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment verification. Credit card payments made using PayPay are verified within 24 hours. Virginia Trading Company (VTC) ships merchandise Monday through Friday by 11:00 AM EST, holidays and weekends are excluded. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped on the next available business day. VTC uses USPS First Class services. VTC will email customers when their order has been received and again when the order is shipped.

Online orders are much faster to process and ship. Most online orders are processed, packed and ready to ship the same day you place your order. If you want the fastest delivery - Order online!

Shipping:

We ship using the US Post Office (USPS) first class delivery, It saves you money!
 
We ship to the 50 US States ONLY - No International orders are available at this time.

We will provide a full refund or replace with a like item for items RETURNED postmarked within 10 days of purchase meeting the following criteria:

All Items returned must have a valid Return Authorization Number issued from VTC and must have the following information enclosed:

Full Name,  complete Address, telephone number, email (optional but may speed your refund), VTC order number and a detailed reason for return. Note: We will not accept packages mailed or marked 'Postage Due' The outside of the package must have a valid Return Authorization Number clearly marked - No returns without a valid Return Authorization Number will be accepted. Packages returned without authorization will be refused.


Unopened items: If you make a mistake ordering, and order the wrong item, We will exchange as long as the item is unopened. The customer will be responsible for all postage/shipping charges to VTC and back to the customer. We do not refund shipping charges.

Opened Package: All products are inspected and tested before shipping but, if a product is opened an found to be defective it must be returned with the original packing. If opened, we do not provide a monetary refund, but will replace a product found to be defective with a new item of the same kind.

Non-Defective items returned within the 10 Day period WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES ONCE A ITEM IS SHIPPED. Some items are NOT RETURNABLE due to consumer safety and liability reasons, such as mouth calls or any item that can be contaminated by human use.

Flashlights, Scopes/holographic optic sights/laser sight systems, and parts (triggers, quad-rails, scope mounts, magazines, chokes, etc.) are non-returnable once they have been mounted to the weapon, fired, or clamped/pinched in a mounting bracket. 

All manufacturers warranties are in effect and we will gladly assist you with manufacturer contact information.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND ARE SUBJECT TO A 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE

Remote Control Game Calls: As with ALL remote controls, ranges can vary significantly depending on battery state of charge and line of sight obstructions - trees, bushes, brush, etc. Manufacturers remote control range claims are normally based on clear flat terrain under ideal conditions, holding the remote 5 - 6 feet off the ground - NOT HUNTING CONDITIONS. Our experience with remotes from various manufacturers is to expect 1/2 the range claimed under hunting conditions. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for calls not meeting "claimed" remote control ranges by the manufacturer.

We repair and service products manufactured by VTC. However, we are not a warranty repair center for products not manufactured by VTC. Products from other manufacturers must be returned to that manufacturer for repairs. We will provide phone numbers and points of contact in the unlikely event you need warranty service.

Be sure of the item you want before ordering - our previous very liberal return policy has been abused by a few customers. We cannot ship multiple products to customers so that they can keep the one they like, and return the rest after use.

Pricing Policy and 30 Day Pricing Guarantee

Our prices are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase. If the customer brings it to our attention, that they purchased an item from VTC2000.com and that the item was later reduced in price at VTC2000.com within the 30 day guarantee period, we will refund the price difference in the form of a store credit at VTC2000.com. Please note we will not provide a monetary or credit card refund - store credit only.

Our 30 day pricing guarantee doesn't apply to shipping charges, free shipping offers, and special bonus offers. We do not price match with other businesses.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments / credits at our discretion.

Shipping Delays:

Products ordered normally get shipped the next business day.

We do not control US Postal Service or their delivery schedules - Severe weather, road closures, aircraft delays, incomplete address, acts of God, etc can all affect delivery schedules. We will not refund shipping charges for the US Postal Service not meeting there delivery time guidelines.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES ONCE AN ITEM IS SHIPPED.

Indemnity: You agree to hold harmless and defend VTC2000.com, and its associates, officers, and subsidiaries from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses for any accident or death, unintentional or otherwise, caused by the use of any item manufactured by or purchased from our online store.

Applicable Law: Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions supersede any other agreement between you and VTC2000.com, to the extent necessary to resolve any inconsistency or ambiguity between them. This Web Site is administered by VTC2000.com, from its offices in Goldvein, Virginia. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to this Web Site shall be filed only in the State and Federal courts residing in the incorporated city of Goldvein, Virginia, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of the VTC2000.com, website.

Products offered for sale by VTC often contain small components which are choking hazards to children - KEEP products sold by VTC STORED OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

WILD ANIMALS MAY RESPOND AGGRESSIVELY AND ATTACK WHEN HUNTING.

Some states prohibit the use of electronic devices. Check with your states Game & Fish department is you are unsure.

We NEVER release customer credit card info or phone numbers to third parties.

Secure online orders: Our shopping cart utilizes a completely secure cryptography SSL Certificate which enables encryption of all sensitive information during online transactions. As an enhanced security measure, VTC2000.com never stores sensitive credit card information on its secure servers, during each visit to our website in which a sale takes place, the customer must enter credit card information.

Errors, Typos, and Changes:


We strive for 100-percent accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and product photographs. However, manufactures change product contents, specifications, and prices without notice. We are human, and may make typos and errors on occasion. Our goal is zero pricing errors and we are confident we have none, in the event one is detected by a customer; we reserve the right to make price adjustments at our discretion.
