MVS 1ZF with Samurai Shodown, Manual and Marquee - $150.

There's an original Street Fighter 2 board on the right - $25.

Umm, what an MVS 1ZF? Is that a consolized MVS unit that you can play on a tv?

Plok for the SNES, go play it NOW.

Oh, no, it's not consolized.

1ZF is just the model number.  It's a single slot with removable BIOS.  This model is often used for consolization because of the small form factor.

you'll have to mod it to make it consolized.  otherwise you have to throw this in to a cab

These guys aren't hard to consolize.  Or buy an upscanner.  Or buy a supergun.

You can find reproductions of these guys.

They're also all over ebay.  The 'Soul Calibur 2' and 'Samurai Shodown V' marquees that I have are reproductions.

Guilty Gear Isuka is an original from an Atomiswave.

Just make one -

JAMMA harness $10

Powersupply $15-$30

upscanner (only needed for older games that run at 15k) $50

Done in an afternoon.

I don't think I follow you SupaSaru... Don't superguns (I still don't understand why they are called such) have a game in them, or do you still need a pcb?

A supergun is just a unit that will allow you to use an arcade PCB on a TV with a controller or other joystick (ie without investing in a cabinet and arcade monitor).

There are generally no games or anything inside of a supergun - you have to add a JAMMA PCB.  You connect the supergun to your TV and use either the built-in joysticks or some other controller.

For some of the systems that were standard and not just miscellaneous PCBs (ie Neo Geo, Atomiswave, etc) you can find consolized versions that you can connect to a standard TV.  In the case of the neo geo, you can easily add a Neo Geo joystick or pad.

Here's a ghetto example - I have a powersupply and an upscanner that converts 15kHz signals to standard VGA.  I could connect my JAMMA board (ie Mortal Kombat) to the powersupply and the upscanner, then use the JAMMA harness to connect to my Hori Real Arcade Pro Xbox 360 joystick.  I would effectively have a "ghetto supergun" at that point.

No idea why they are called superguns, to be honest. :)

Hmm, that is interesting..

I did not know a single thing about them.  But, I think I want to get more into them.  I have a cocktail that is space invaders, (Japanese one), I got a PCB, but I have not gotten it working.  I was going to use an LCD, but I don't know if that is the best way to go...

Thanks for your help
