Look Beautiful with Glamorous Portraits

Questions & Answers

Q. Can you send me a price list?

A.  Everything we do here is really custom put together for you. We work really hard to produce something that perfectly fits your needs. So it becomes a little too confusing to have a printed price list that we can post here or e-mail to you.  However, prior to you deciding on whether to use us, we will go over everything with you.  During our chat, we will give you an indication of what you can plan on investing, and finalize it prior to the photography session.  You will know exactly what the total amount is, so there will be no surprises.

Q.  What is the Creation Fee for?

A.  Included in the Creation Fee is the time it takes to create your images during your photography session, as well as any miscellaneous expenses related to the session.  Some locations will incur an additional fee, depending on distance.

Q. What kind of clothes should we wear?

A. Generally, it is best to avoid black or white, or anything with stripes or patterns that will detract from you. For groups it is best if everyone is color coordinated. Solid pastel, muted colors are good. Light colors look very nice and work well with darker backgrounds. If possible, wear something comfortable. If at the beach, make sure it's something you don't mind getting wet or sandy. Avoid logos on clothing as that will date your images.

Q. Should I wear make-up?

A. It's optional, but highly recommended, depending on how you would like to look.  Make sure it is well done. Avoid clumps on eyelashes, or anything that will make you not look your absolute best. Look in the mirror, if it doesn't look good to you, it won't look good in the finished photograph.  Remember, you are investing in something that will last a lifetime, and longer, so you want to look perfect.

Q. What else can I do to prepare?

A. Get plenty of rest the night before, do not smoke or drink within 48 hours of the session, and remember, we are there to enjoy ourselves at the session, and to make sure everything is perfect. The photographer will record what you project - it is his job to make sure he catches that fleeting instant when you look your absolute best, and he will do all he can to make sure you project happiness and/or confidence - the look you want.

Q. What happens if I have blemishes or break out before the session.

A. We can fix minor blemishes and bloodshot eyes; however, if it is a really bad blemish or break out, it would be best to reschedule and wait until your skin has cleared up.

Q. What form of payment do you take?

A. Cash, or Credit Card through PayPal. If you wish to pay with personal check, we would need to be paid one week in advance. You would also need to wait one week after paying the balance by personal check before we can deliver your final product, or for any refunds.

Q. What happens if it rains for an outdoor session or other emergency comes up?

A. We will either reschedule, or if that is not possible, your deposit and all payments will be refunded - if paid by cash or credit card, it will be immediate. If by personal check, then at least a one week hold before your refund.

Q. How many exposures will you take?

A. Basically, as many as I need to make sure we get what you want. Generally, this will be between 250 - 500.  You will receive only the high resolution images on CD that were on your print order.

Q. How soon before we can see our images?

A. Usually within two weeks.

Q. How soon can we receive our CD?

A. After you've chosen the images you want, including any that you would like printed, at the same time as your prints.  We do not release any images until all post production work is done as we want only our best work to be viewed.
