<< The curvy, conga-inspired and BRIGHT ORANGE(!) drumset that I saw Mr. Drumbo assault was manufactured by GON-BOPS (who, lo these many years ago, jumped on their beaten and weary steed and sauntered off into the horizon of obscurity). They were *not necessarily* custom made - as I remember seeing ads in musician mags for their sets, though not too many people apparently took them up on utilizing them.
I thought that they looked (and even sounded) fabulous.... >>
