Gift from a Friend

If you are wondering why you haven't heard much from me in the last six months or so, I gave my word to the investing magistrate that I would not publish anything in regard to the legal procedings.  I would like to assure you all that good things are coming - much new evidence has come to light and the tables are turning.  I have a feeling that 2010 will be a great year!

Let me take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy holiday and all the best for 2010.  I know it will be a fantastic year.

I received this message yesterday, just in time for Christmas!

The Antiquorum story is my favorite Xmas story.

It's a story about men of honor who were savagely attacked by greedy bastards bent on stealing their fortune built by years of honest labor. The pirates lied, cheated, blackmailed and used the law against the heroes by offering false testimony.  They imitated Judas and Brutus by betraying their friends.  For this Dante  would put them in the very bottom of the Inferno.  Our heroes, however, refused to submit to tyranny and battled bravely even though they were badly outnumbered and fighting from a weak defensive position.  By power of sheer determination, with truth as their only weapon, the battle eventually turned in their favor proving that good always triumphs over evil if good men don't give up the fight.

The heroes can now see the sun starting to rise ending the long night of horror.  They will defeat their enemies who will drink the bitter brew they made for themselves.  Our warriors will go on to renewed fame and fortune enjoying great satisfaction in their success but also understanding that the biggest victory was proving that their characters were noble and that nobility conquers evil.

Merry Xmas,
Aaron
