Light at the end of the tunnel

In 2010 my lawyers advised me to stop updating my blog to avoid disturbing the various legal procedures against Zimmerman and company. Since that time we have collected a large number of witness statements and other proof  which has allowed us not only to defend ourselves but also to launch counter-attacks. The weight of evidence is clearly on our side.

Zimmerman had carefully prepared the way for my expulsion by creating an atmosphere of suspicion, vague accusations subsequently “justified” by a forensic audit by PriceWaterHouseCoopers based solely on a list of accusations/suspicions furnished to them by Zimmermann .

Yesterday, claims were filed by me for the amount of CHF 63,000,000, Leo Verhoeven for CHF 967,000 and Habsburg Holdings Ltd for CHF 17,530,000 against PriceWaterHouseCoopers for damages - damages caused by their incomplete, unprofessional and slanderous forensic report prepared on the request of Evan Zimmerman and his co-conspirators such as Micheal Levine, Tsukahara, and their Swiss legal council, de Kalbermatten. Zimmermann and his friends provided PriceWaterHouseCoopers with truncated, incomplete and sometimes outright fake information resulting in a report that lacks all objectivity and balance, but which became the vehicle of credibility. The amounts claimed represent the actual losses caused by the report, the accusations based on it and the legal procedures that followed. It does not yet include any estimate of the damages for moral injustice, damages to reputations and the damages to a lifetime dedicated to my profession.

For those of you who are interested in the legal developments, there are still several ongoing procedures . While in Geneva everything has almost come to a standstill, the principal developments are in the New York courts. You can see this for yourself online by going to:

While justice is very slow, I feel that we are now rapidly heading towards a favourable conclusion -  a conclusion that will have our adversaries regret that they ever started all this in the first place.
