Welcome to the web site of the sailing vessel, M'Lady Kathleen, home of Roland and Kathleen O'Brien. Please sign our guest book and provide your email address in the body of your message if you would like us to respond. We hope you enjoy reading about our travels and seeing some of the pictures we have taken.
We have recently moved ashore and now are officially CLOD's (cruisers living on dirt). Just to keep us from retiring to the rocking chair we have started doing some real estate ventures. Due to the length of time taken to close short sale single family homes, we started buying and selling double-wide mobile homes in the park where we live. Then we found if you sell more than one mobile home per year, in Florida, you must become a licensed broker. Thus, here we are. The website is http://www.roland693.webs.com/ Please take a look, and if you are interested in selling or buying a nice double-wide mobile home home (typically 1400 sq. ft, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, carport, Florida room, and more) in the Treasure Coast area, please get in touch. Thanks!

As a special favor to our friend, John Wadsworth, we are including a map of the Grenadines, Grenada to Mayreau, where we spend most of our time.
In the picture below, M'Lady Kathleen is shown sailing in the Buffalo,NY, Outer Harbor (2004) just outside the Small Boat Harbor long before all the gear was added.
