The story of the Lost Simaril


It has been 20 years since LOTR ended & life has continued on as normal...except for 1 thing...things are not normal. Sauron was not destroyed when his ring was destroyed...Oh No...he survived, but barely. The once magnificent Sauron has been reduced to a small crystal Eye w/ a flame in the center. He has finally decided to come from hiding & try & find the Lost Simirillion which has kept him alive w/ its power.
A sudden Goblin Raid has attacked a small town that is near the Grey Mountains. King Aragorn sends  a small army there to deal with the problem. Pippin & Merry (remember them from LOTR) are among the army off having an adventure w/out Sam. When on a soggy rainy night, a river there camping near suddenly floods & causes a small portion of a cavern roof to collapse. Pippin, Merry, & a young soldier, Teraunce, are swept into this cavern while the rest of the army manages to escape. They have been swept into the innermost depths of the Puzzle Temple & Tomb. Will they escape? Will they find treasure? Read on to find out.

I Am A: Neutral Good Human Druid (1st Level)

Neutral Good A neutral good character does the best that a good person can do. He is devoted to helping others. He works with kings and magistrates but does not feel beholden to them. Neutral good is the best alignment you can be because it means doing what is good without bias for or against order. However, neutral good can be a dangerous alignment because it advances mediocrity by limiting the actions of the truly capable.

Humans are the most adaptable of the common races. Short generations and a penchant for migration and conquest have made them physically diverse as well. Humans are often unorthodox in their dress, sporting unusual hairstyles, fanciful clothes, tattoos, and the like.

Druids gain power not by ruling nature but by being at one with it. They hate the unnatural, including aberrations or undead, and destroy them where possible. Druids receive divine spells from nature, not the gods, and can gain an array of powers as they gain experience, including the ability to take the shapes of animals. The weapons and armor of a druid are restricted by their traditional oaths, not simply training. A druid's Wisdom score should be high, as this determines the maximum spell level that they can cast.
