Thank you to all those who were able to attend our 2017 meeting, it was a very good turnout and especially as some had travelled a considerable distance. Ronnie and Angela for instance, all the way from Preston and Stephen Mansfield travelled down from Rugby in his white TS100 and a return journey, all with the windscreen down - now that was dedication. It was also brilliant that Roger was able to get back into the seat of his son's car and take it for a run in the New Forest.
It was good to welcome Mike Holloway and Carol, who also travelled quite some distance, as they are in the early stages of building a car and Simon very kindly took Mike for a run in his car so that he could experience travelling in a TS100.
Some photographs of the event are attached under the 2017 section on this website.
It was also wonderful that Derek and Ed Humber were able to join us briefly to see his former TS100 which he had not seen since I purchased it from him last year. Very nostalgic for them both, as they had treasured the car for many years.
On a different note, a Japanese friend of mine found that the BRG TS100 in Japan was advertised for sale. She very kindly spoke with the owner and established that it's being offered for 8 million Yen, which I understand is about £57,000. It is part of a car collection in Japan and has very low mileage.
Again, many thanks to you all for your continued support. That's it for now,
