News update - December 2018
Apologies for the lack of entries of late but we have been having difficulties with the website.
My first and important message is to tell you that Bill Steadman sadly passed away in August at the ripe old age of 89. Sally and I and Simon and Sandie had the honour of meeting him in 2016 when we displayed our TS100’s at his granddaughter fabulous wedding at Highclere Castle. What a great man, who was such an inspiration to all his ...Read Full Post »

2017 Christmas message.
I am taking this opportunity to wish all members a very Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. Please pencil in a provisional date for our 2018 meeting at our usual venue, The Fighting Cocks Public House, Fordingbridge on Saturday 9th June.
Although I am aware of much work that has been carried out by various members on their respective cars, three particular updates of note are:- 1. Peter de Savary’s car which he sold in 2015 i...Read Full Post »

Well, it's that time of year where I would like to thank you for your continued support and encouragement, which is much appreciated. Whilst at the Wanstead Fete, I met Geoff Wilkinson who photographed one of my TS100's.
The photos are available to view on his website via the link below:
Hopefully other cars may come to light as a result.

Reminder that the Club meeting is being held at the Fighting Cocks Public House, Fordingbridge on Saturday 11th June 2016 from 12 noon. Ronnie Leach who saved all the Steadman spare parts from being scrapped will be there, so if you need any bits and pieces, he is the person to speak to. Also, Chris Symons, the Chartered Automative Engineer who actually designed and built the cars is hoping to attend. Needless to say, his knowledge of Jaguars and TS100's is second to none. Look forward to se...Read Full Post »

As mentioned earlier, club member, Ronnie Leach purchased all the spare TS100 parts from a warehouse in America last year and returned them to the UK. Besides having restored his own TS100 a couple of years ago, he has now almost completed building a TS100 from the original plans and the parts he now owns. Furthermore, he has also built a second chassis and could be persuaded to build a third if there is anyone who would be interested in building a TS100 for themselves.
Obviously, Ro...Read Full Post »
