It is time for the first quarterly issue of 2013. The issue has two parts - both parts are on the same subject, oyster knives. I had the pleasure of visiting R. Murphy Knives, in Ayer, MA, recently and took so many photos that I could not contain them realistically in a single issue. So I published half of them on our Facebook version of OI and saved the other half for the normal quarterly January 2013 issue. The company manufactures both conventional oyster knives and some brand new ones. The FACEBOOK version shows you how the conventional knives are manufactured.
