Here is a little snippet of what I have written on my myspace page.. I just figured I would share it here as well.
We have walked the stepping stones to a healthier lifestyle.. Each experience we've had up until now has brought us to where we are today in our quest for ultimate health : We started eating healthier: avoiding refined sugars and starches and then we started our chiropractic care adjustments with an Activator.
We moved to CO a little over a yr ago.. and started doing some Cold Heat (LED) Laser Light Therapy on both myself and Nicholas which seems to have helped detox us of what I have learned to be "Toxic Poison Damage".
We have taken on a nontoxic lifestyle. One of the newest adventures in our journey of health is switching to a VEGAN diet.. I aspire to become more RAW VEGAN. We are also currently seeing a naturopath for our medical needs. Our efforts to detox have been even more effective now that we have some guidance from our naturopath My son is a HUGE highlight of my life!!!!! Nicholas continues to make all kinds of progress with detox.

All of our detox programs with the Naturopath are going well for us. She is pleased with our progress.
Nicholas is on various detox methods. The Arsenicum (homeopathic remedy for (Arsenic poisoning) is working great...along with the Alpha Lipoic Acid. He is also doing some more laser detox therapy with the naturopath.
My husband is no longer reliant on Pharmaceutical meds for Cholesterol.. Imagine that
I had a very Extreme Yeast Overgrowth.. Just recently, I finished my herbal Parasite/Yeast Cleanse.(Unicity Paraway Pack) Wow... What a difference
We have gone RAW and VEGAN.. And doing well with it.. We have learned and experienced what a difference eliminating all animal products (meats, eggs, and dairy) from our diet makes. It is really great not to have all of that mucousy congestion all the time which was caused by the consumption of dairy and meat products and other toxins.
I have also learned and experienced how important it is to have a working lymphatic system. Mine was congested/clogged. Some great lymph flush therapy and an herbal lymphatic drainage formula (Nature's Sunshine: Liquid Herbs) helped immensely.
We have also just recently purchased a high speed blender (Blendtec). I am so excited to start using it.
Next on my list of RAW FOOD essentials is a Dehydrator (Excalibur).
Our Naturopath says that our RAW FOOD diet is elevating our detox success to greater lengths.
It is great to lose weight naturally and for good this time.. I am also losing my gray hair. I had a lot of it.. I have learned that adrenal weakness and stress is a big cause of gray hair. Detoxing and taking natural formulas help that.. Now I barely have noticeable gray hair.
Using more all natural hygiene products and household cleaners has made a big difference in our life as well. I can't encourage you enough to do the same. Your body and the environment will thank you..

Nicholas was fed breastmilk early in life. After finding out about his casein (milk protein)allergy, I then switched him to soymilk until I found that it can be TOXIC if it has been heavily processed. Then switched him from the soymilk to nutmilk in the form of Almond Milk. He loves his almond milk. Cow milk is not the best to drink....at least not from chemically tainted cows.
Now life is busy with Speech Therapy appointments, Chiropractic adjustments, and further Laser Protocols. We have done several individual protocols for different symptoms aka toxic damage..in the form of my PCOS,ADD, FOOD ALLERGIES,MSG, and Nicholas' AUTISM. I believe our efforts have been very successful.. It is a long ongoing process but we have experienced great progress over time..
Nicholas no longer has the drastic GI probs, the food allergies(gluten and casein), and the Silent Reflux. We do buy gluten free products from time to time, however, he was cured of the casein (milk protein) allergy and the gluten sensitivity.
