Please note that the courses listed here are the core Wilton classes at the time I stopped teaching in retail outlets. Private classes will not necessarily cover all of these skills/techniques and are project-based. For example, I can either instruct a group on core/basic cake/cupcake techniques in order for students to acquire general/broad knowledge, or I can do a more in-depth class, such as doing a cookie decorating project from start to finish. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
