Welcome to La Leche League of Greater Lafayette

Breastfeeding is a simple and natural process, but many moms need support and information in order to meet their breastfeeding goals. Knowing other women who have breastfed their babies can be helpful and reassuring, and having accurate and up-to-date information is important. At La Leche League meetings, you'll learn about breastfeeding from other nursing mothers who will share not only their questions and concerns, but also the benefits and joys of breastfeeding, to give you the network of support you need.

Babies are always welcome at our meetings, as well as all women interested in breastfeeding.

La Leche League leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns. Please see the Contact a Leader page for more information.
