HISTORY

The KMR&L is a HO scale model railway based on the operations of the Ontario Northland Railway aprox 1978, the layout is aprox. 9 feet by 8 feet, around the walls.  The operations include freight, passenger, and maintenance. The layout starts with the North Bay Ontario Northland yard, Canadian National yard, then moving north to Latchford, Cochrane, Smooth Rock Falls. Ontario Northland, Canadian National, Algoma Central, and the KMR&L operate on the layout.
