LIBERTY: The Jersey Central Lines Today

Remains of the CNJ Pennsylvania Division

About this site

Welcome, this site is dedicated to the remains of the Central Railroad Company of New Jersey (CNJ), also known as the Jersey Central Lines operations in Pennsylvania. Found on this site is a brief but detailed history of the CNJ Pennsylvania Division, as well as a virtual tour that will start at Easton where the main line enters Pennsylvania, while passing through each town or place name showing what remains of the railroad or other items of interest. While the site is dedicated to the entire Pennsylvania Division, the emphasis of this site is to feature the often overlooked section of the main line from Easton to Bethlehem. The site will be continually updated with new photos and information so please check back often.
