Hebron Horse 4-H Club

The Hebron 4-H Horse Club, a non profit 4-H club founded in 1998, is a group of young people ages 7-18 interested in horses...of course!  The club meets monthly to plan riding, equine knowledge, and community service activities.  Past activities have included quiz bowl practices, public speaking seminars, Parelli demonstrations, horse treat baking, veterinarian, equine massage therapist, clinics and other special speakers and movie nights.  Many of our club members compete at local and state competitions for Public Speaking, Horse Bowl, and Hippology.

Each 4-H year begins in October with the election of officers and year-end awards for the previous 4-H season.  Monthly meetings are held the first Friday of each month from October through June.  Monthly hippology sessions meet the 3rd Friday during the same time period.  Club members also enjoy 4-H activities all summer long.  Annual club dues are currently $35, which pay for many of the educational activities that the club holds throughout the 4-H year as well as entry fees to our state and county competitions and insurance for each member.

The Hebron Horse 4-H Club prides itself in being a fun loving group dedicated to increasing horsemanship while giving back to the community.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if you might like to sit in on one of our meetings.

Please enjoy our website and check back frequently to see new updates!
