Guardian Network is coming to Toronto, Canada.  We are setting up a northern response center or two in Toronto/Hamilton.  it will off-set Canadian lack eventhough Canada is a well supplied country.  This move will also pull up Mexico and cram money into the United States.

Guardian Network Toronto will also lead research in Canada with other groups, do weather life preservation, bring book and academic support.
