This little 17 week old pup Codee, came to us on the 20th November, the owner had re-homed her, but she came back 3 days later. When we picked her up, she had food aggression, very snappy,Not house trained, and really didnt want to do as she was told. she was also tender around the back end ( take it she was kicked or hit )After Codee been in our care for a few weeks, Codee was much better around food, her snapping had more and less gone, But she would push you! as puppies do.

Karen had seen the ad on Codee and came to see her on Sunday 6th December with her daughter and fell in love with Codee and took her home

Codee has settled in her new home with a little westie

Maddox

Rehomed 31/01/10

Maddox was advertised on the web site on behalf of his owner,

He was taken on by a family and things didn’t work out after Maddox attacked another dog in the home  without warning and was returned to his original owners.

It turns out that allegedly this dog has had several incidents with attacking other dogs in the past, and this information was not released by his owners at the time of rehoming.

4 Paws followed this up and have spoken to the local warden in the area he  resides in and a visit was made in a matter of hours after the dog was returned ,and it was found that this animal has already been passed on to another home .

A warning was issued via the local authority to his owner  regards his actions of rehoming a dog knowing its  alleged aggression problems  on to another home ,that if the dog is involved in an attack on either a human or animal then they are liable to prosecuted by said local authority .

At no point were 4 Paws liable for this dog in any way
