RE: Copper Family - Barry Callaghan video. Sadly you are right this video will never see the light of day. But I wonder if its possible to have a digital copy please. My mum went to school with Bob Copper - we are a Rottingdean family too. Thanks.

Happy to look it out. All the music is up in various segments on the YT. Let me know where to send when I have dug it out , 'folk.........yond@ hotmail.com' (fill in the gap as the YT name, will reach me). No promise how long to find the disc! Ignore the google + message now we are in touch.

Hi Bill. Nice to see the blog on the move again. I have no idea what happened with the mix up re the wicklaw thing. So far as I knew it was just for Bof! to play on 4th oct. It seems that we will have no Phil on the night. Hey ho!. Pad.

Thanks Paddy. As it happens I can't make either date, but have a good'un. Bill

Thanks for your filming and your kind words in the YTube video about Annie's Fantasies' music at Sheringham 2016. It was indeed "Balquhidder Lasses", for the dance "Tingley". Whilst I'm sure your comments were mainly aimed at our lovely fiddler Terry, Julia the drummer and I (the squeezer) will take credit wherever we find it! And we did dance in the rain too, with music from the gallery of the boathouse above the Arena. Please introduce yourselves next time you see us! We'll be at Broadstairs, and Folk East (just us, not the side), also at the River Stour Trust event at Cattawade this Friday.

Interesting stuff Bill. Imagined you almost as Pied Piper as I was leaving Suffolk Show at midday yesterday! Had a quick look for you on Facebook but couldn't see you easily, I suppose fairly common name. Following on from our brief conversation, as I took the decision to combine work and outside on media (Ant Wooding is directly connected to Kerseys Facebook and the above is my work email), you may not want to connect anyway for fear of being infected as well! But you will see some great paintings from time to time! (not just mine!) - I like microcosm on your 'links' by the way

Thanks Ant. It was good have a chat and explore everyone's outside paths at the Suffolk Show. THe tea nd scone were very welcome as well. Best regards .Bill

Hi Sheila, just want to say thanks for sending me in the direction of the singing group in Ipswich library. (at the car boot sale at Portman Road) It's a wonderful amazing experience to sing with the group and through that I've joined a guitar group too. I've only been learning for three months but I love it and am working hard at it. I know it's only a beginning but being involved with music at last is just fabulous. Sue
