Amityville Ghost Photo
In an interview with George Lutz last year, he was asked about this
photo, and here is his reply - George Lutz and his family were the ones
tormented in Amityville.
Below a close up of the boy before the deaths. The first time that picture was shown was on the Merv Griffin show back
in 1979. It was discovered 3 years after it was taken. Gene Campbell,
who was a professional photographer, was brought into the house in 1976
when the Warrens went in with their team. He set up an automatic camera
on the 2nd floor landing that shot off infrared film, black and white,
throughout the night. There are literally rolls of film with nothing on
them. There's only one picture of the little boy. In 1979, I was
putting together a book that has yet to be published that included the
photographs. The secretary I had at the time was about eight months
pregnant. We had dozens of these pictures to choose from that didn't
have the boy, and she asked me: "Which one should we put in the book?"
I told her to just pick one. She came running back into my office about
5 minutes later saying that every time she picked up the photograph
with the boy, the baby kicked her. We then asked my kids if they knew
who this was. Missy said it was the little boy she used to play with in
the house. I then called the Warrens and the photographer and let them
know about the picture."
Bard mansion ghost
This picture was taken at the Bard Mansion on the Port Hueneme Naval
Base in Ventura, Ca. of which his family once lived. I took this
picture on Aug.6, 2005 with my Olympus Stylus 4.0 megapixel camera.
Cemetery Ghost Girl
Vicky writes, " this is a ghost of a nine year old girl, who is buried
in the graveyard, and keeps appearing to walk to the grave
stone....These are all pics from the Ghost Club of St Helens."
This was taken while teaching a kid to walk.
Creepy Spirit in Car
This is another one my favorite ghost photographs, it gives me the
chills each time i look at it, a lady was visiting her mothers grave
and after taking a few shots of the grave she took a picture of her
husband waiting in the car, when the photos was developed the couple
was shocked to see a person in the back seat of their car and
imediately identified the figure as being her dead mother that she
visited the grave of the day this picture was taken, experts determined
that it was not a double exposure, picture taken in 1959.
This photo was taken of my friend Chris and his girlfriend. The
creature in the lower left corner of the room could not be seen when
the photograph was taken, but Chris told me afterward that he had the
image of fairies running through his mind the entire day. Notice the
green "light" between the girl's knees. Chris has been blessed with
extremely profound psychic abilities.

Famous brown Lady Ghost Photo
This portrait of "The Brown Lady" ghost is arguably the most famous and
well-regarded ghost photograph ever taken. The ghost is thought to be
that of Lady Dorothy Townshend, wife of Charles Townshend, 2nd Viscount
of Raynham, residents of Raynham Hall in Norfolk, England in the early
1700s. The Raynham Hall mansion was the home of the Townshend family
for over 300 years. Dorothy was the sister of Sir Robert Walpole,
Charles' one-time partner with whom he had a falling-out. It was also
rumored that Dorothy, before her marriage to Charles, had been the
mistress of Lord Wharton, "whose character was so infamous, and his
lady's complaisant subserviency so notorious, that no young woman could
be four and twenty hours under their roof with safety to her
reputation." Charles suspected Dorothy of infidelity. And although
according to legal records she died and was buried in 1726, it was
suspected that the funeral was a sham and that Charles had locked his
wife away in a remote corner of the house until her death many years

This picture was taken in 1994 at my cousin's sweet 16 party in Brick, New Jersey.
have no idea who that girl in the corner is, behind what look like
coats, but it wasn't anybody at the party... it's just a freaky image
that nobody can explain.

This picture was taken by a police officer at the scene of a crash, remarkable no one was hurt.
Our pets live on - Ghost Cat
Notice the semi transparent kitten standing on the arm of the chair to
the right of the man, it was identified by its owners as being the
kitten on the mans lap sister that had been killed by a car a month
before this picture was taken, and they rule out the possibility of it
being a double exposure because they had just started taking their
first pictures of the kittens on the day this photo was taken.
Jim Morrison's Ghost
am not a person who is easily scared by anything. I've kicked more ass
than a cowboy and have taken more names than a Census clerk. However,
what I uncovered tonight has made me rethink my theory about "the
monster in the closet." I didn't believe in ghosts or other
"super-natural' things before tonight. While compiling my photo
archives for some upcoming projects, my assistant produced a photo of
me at Jim Morrison's gravesite in France that was taken several years
ago. I looked at this photo before, but I never noticed what I noticed
tonight. In short, I am now very confused and possibly scared... |
This is the original photo (below) that Tom Petty took of me at Jim Morrion's gravesite in Paris, France.

London Underground Orb
Lord Combermere Ghost
am not a fan of orbs being anything paranormal, as I am positive 99.9%
of them are natural things in the environment. But I thought I would
share this one, as it was taken on a station connected to the 7/7
attacks, and also where people have committed suicide.|
Also because the face pattern in the orb is so hard to miss.
donít believe this is a spirit, but its certainly more interesting than
most of the other orbs I have taken of dust moister and glare ect....
Misty apparition appears!
photograph of the Combermere Abbey library was taken in 1891 by Sybell
Corbet. The figure of a man can faintly be seen sitting in the chair to
the left. His head, collar and right arm on the armrest are clearly
discernable. It is believed to be the ghost of Lord Combermere.|
Combermere was a British cavalry commander in the early 1800s, who
distinguished himself in several military campaigns. Combermere Abbey,
located in Cheshire, England, was founded by Benedictine monks in 1133.
In 1540, King Henry VII kicked out the Benedictines, and the Abbey
later became the Seat of Sir George Cotton KT, Vice Chamberlain to the
household of Prince Edward, son of Henry VIII. In 1814, Sir Stapleton
Cotton, a descendent of Sir George, took the title "Lord Combermere"
and in 1817 became became the Governor of Barbados. Today the Abbey is
a tourist attraction and hotel.
Lord Combermere died in 1891,
having been struck and killed by a horse-drawn carriage. At the time
Sybell Corbet took the above photo, Combermere's funeral was taking
place some four miles away. The photographic exposure, Corbet recorded,
took about an hour. It is thought by some that during that time a
servant might have come into the room and sat briefly in the chair,
creating the transparent image. This idea was refuted by members of the
household, however, testifying that all were attending Lord
Interesting side note: Lord Combermere is
connected to another well-known paranormal story: the famous "Moving
Coffins" of Barbados. The coffins inside the sealed vault of the Chase
family are said to have been moved about by unnatural forces. The heavy
coffins were repeatedly put in proper order, but often when a new
coffin was added to the vault, the coffins were found strewn about.
Lord Combermere, while governor of Barbados, had ordered a professional
investigation of the mystery.
Gregs writes, "The ghost image was seen by Tom, the investigator who
took the picture, as it was coming up the stairs. Tom stated that it
was much brighter coming up the stairs and he waited in the doorway
going to the next room for it to get to the top. When the entity
reached the top he said it started to slowly fade and he snapped the
picture. I and two other investigators were in the next room over and
before Tom made it to us we had a tremendous spike in EMF readings. The
base reading for the entire house was "Zero" both during a preliminary
day walk though and the evening of the investigation. When Tom made it
to us he explained seeing a human size blue glow coming up the stairs
then how it started to fade out when it reached the top. Then stated
all he had on him was his 35mm film camera at the time and he did get a
shot off before it faded all the way out and that he hoped he got it.
He took this with a 35mm Pentax A300 with ISP 200 film and flash was
used. There was nothing reflective behind and window is boarded up with
the glass panes long gone. They are going to send it off with the
negative to Kodak Labatories to get a analysis and to rule out a film
or camera flaw."
Demon in the Mirror Photo
Peggy writes, "This picture was accidentally taken of my daughters
mirror with a digital camera. I live in a house over 200 years old with
several spirits. Her room is one of the more active rooms. Notice the
intense light that shines from the picture my daughter has jammed in
her mirror. Also , why isn't the flash from the camera on top of this
picture instead of streaming out from behind it. we think he looks more
like a gorilla."

Orb In Motion
Army Soldier ghost
is 41 frames of former QuickTime video footage received via Abby, and
which was subjected to reduction both in size and color depth [without
loss of appreciable quality]. As before, the resultant individual
frames were processed into an animated loop. |
There is a
significant difference between this orb footage and that shown in other
photos or footage. The energy viewed here appears in a higher state of
excitation and of a golden hue. No purple core can be as before.
This intriguing photo, taken in 1919, was first published in 1975 by
Sir Victor Goddard, a retired R.A.F. officer. The photo is a group
portrait of Goddard's squadron, which had served in World War I aboard
the HMS Daedalus. (Click the photo at left to see the entire
photograph.) An extra ghostly face appears in the photo. In back of the
airman positioned on the top row, fourth from the left, can clearly be
seen the face of another man. It is said to be the face of Freddy
Jackson, an air mechanic who had been accidentally killed by an
airplane propeller two days earlier. His funeral had taken place on the
day this photograph was snapped. Members of the squadron easily
recognized the face as Jackson's. It has been suggested that Jackson,
unaware of his death, decided to show up for the group photo.
San Antonio rail road kid photo
Just south of AntonioTexas is a set of tracks where a train hit a bus
full of kids and killed them, now the ghost of those children are said
to haunt these tracks, pushing peoples vehicles over the tracks even
though the path is uphill.
Ghost In Church
Shadower Shadow Person
Church is an ancient structure (started in the 12th century and
finished in the early 16th century) in Merseyside, England, just north
of Liverpool. This particular photograph was taken inside the church in
September, 1999. |
According to Real Ghosts, Restless Spirits
and Haunted Places, where this photo was found, there was only one
other photographer in the church beside the person who took this
picture. Neither of them recalled seeing the ghost or any
flesh-and-blood person standing there who could account for this image.
Because the figure is all in black, it has been theorized that the
apparition could be that of a church minister.
Tomlinson reports that a pub next door to the church, called the Punch
Bowl, is said to be haunted by the ghost of a man in blue nautical
garb, which has been reported there for many years.
Mona writes, "Yesterday I wanted take a photo of my father. There's a
freaky flying thing right by the door. I don't know what it is but it
scared me to death! It's so creepy! Can you tell me why there is a
ghost in my house and if it's dangerous?"Elemental Thought form Astral Larvae Photo
It was once the largest timber frame building in the state of Montana.
The company that commissioned me, used the photographs to promote their
business of architectural salvaged timbers. The photograph (close-up
and full image below) was taken with a Hasselblad camera with 50mm
distagon lens on tri - x professional black & white film. The photo
was taken from the interior of the dilapidated mill toward the ghost
town of Coolidge, MT. There was no glass left in the windows to cast a
reflection. The film was processed in D-76 black & white developer
at 70 degrees for 9 minutes. As I was printing the proofs, the hair on
the back of my neck stood up as the image appeared on the photographic
paper. I checked the negative to make sure the image existed and then I
immediately left my studio until the following morning."
Spirit on Death Bed
Cindy writes, "This picture was brought to my attention by the lady who
develops my pictures. She told me that it was taken right as the mother
took her last gasp of air. Her husband had died before she had. Given
the time of the era, trick photography was unheard of. What do you
think?"St Michaels Abbey Farnborough Figure "Ghost"Taken over the fence of St Michaels Abbey Farnborough, it is all private property, and the side of the fence is British Rail land. The only people that could possible be there are the Abbeys Monks. The grounds are surrounded by barbed razor wire and thorns. I am not saying this is a ghost, but its unexplainable.

Holy that this is a true photo|
photograph was taken inside the church of St. Mary and All Saints, in
the village of Woodford, Northamptonshire, England. The church was
built in the 11th century. In 1964 Gordon Carroll visited the church
and took this picture. It seems to show the ghost of a monk who is
praying at the altar. The monk was not seen at the time and was only
revealed when the printed photo was examined.|
This picture was brought to me by a friend. Her husband's friend is a
cop and was coming home from McCook, Texas on a Sunday night (June 27,
2004). She told me that he saw something that had just crossed the road
and he shot the spotlight at it and took a picture of it. It looks like
something like jeepers creepers. It freaks me out to know there is
something like that here. (Some say this photo was taken in Mexico)
Thomas Becket's Ghost
Upside Down Demon
writes, "This very old photo is believed to be the ghost of Thomas
Becket. Taken inside Canterbury Cathedral where he was killed. The
pillar mysteriously displays what is believed to be the image of
Thomas. Thomas Becket was the Archbishop of Canterbury from 1161 to
1170. He was murdered on King Henry II's orders. The original site of
The Tomb of St. Thomas Becket is in The Eastern Crypt of the Cathedral."|
The Spirit Bear
A couple of years ago at a small get together after my father-in-law's funeral, a friend gave this photo to me. Making the point, dad is in good company now; he is with the spirits. After his own father died two years earlier, he got out a box of old family photos. He remembers as a child this picture being the one that never turned out. However, as he now looked closer at the photo, he saw something no one had seen before. Maybe this picture wasn't the picture that never turned out, but the one that turned out better than anyone thought possible. The photo was taken back in the 1950s. The man in the centre had been institutionalized here in Ontario. On this afternoon, his sisters came to visit and took him for a walk on the hospital grounds. The man had been admitted to the hospital as being delusional; he saw things: spirits, Vikings, Indians, animals. Apparently, he died there, everyone thinking him crazy. Have a good look to the left of the woman on the left. Was this man really delusional? From Sandra McLachlan
Girl Ghost In Fire
Taken on November 19, 1995, Wem Town Hall in Shropshire, England. It burned was burnt to the ground.
Many watched as it burnt, (built in 1905), Tony O'Rahilly was one of spectators who took photos of the scene. with a 200mm telephoto lens from across the road. One of the photos
showed a partially transparent young girl standing in the doorway.
In 1677 it is said that a fire destroyed much of the town, and a young girl, Jane Churm, is said to have accidentally set fire to a cottage by a candle. Legend says her ghost is haunting the area and has been for centuries,
Could this girl be Jane Chum? O'Rahilly nor any of the other onlookers or fire fighters remembered seeing the girl there when the photo was taken, and further examination of the negative print proved the ghost picture to be authentic, and not tampered with. No girl was reported missing after the fire.
