Ongoing:  

Carolina Hurricanes Power Play - Log up to 60 minutes of Physical Activity per day from 10/1 - 11/9.  Accumulate 1200 minutes by 11/9 and receive two free Hurricanes tickets to select games

Work towards your personal fitness goals on your Fitness Assessment worksheet.

  T-shirt / Sweatshirt

PE Activities:

Fitness Assessments (Strength, Flexibility & Endurance, Short term / Long term Goal setting,

Volleyball, Soccer, Flag Football, Touch Rugby, Basketball, Table Tennis,

Track & Field events, First in Fitness (6th gr. Only)


GRADING SCALE:

50%    Health 

18% - Tests

17% - Quizzes

15% - Classwork / Homework


50%    Physical Education

Participation / Dress out
