About Me

My first dog was a Dobermann called "Tess". I soon became interested in Obedience and Trials, Tess did not enjoy this a much as I did so I got "Gemma" and started training from 8 weeks old. We had a great deal of fun competing at Obedience Class but Gemma's main achievement was to win her CDex, UDex and WDex in working trials and also to obtain her level 4 tracking at the Dobermann Club. Jill introduced the Pharaoh Hounds and an Ibizan Hound in to the family we soon became interested in the Cireneco dell'Etna and now show them in Europe and at the Import Register Class in the UK.

About Me

Luca wll be a year old in October 2009. :D He is very quick to learn new things and is learning all about agility.

What a character. He is a handsome lad. Love him to bits.

I am owned by two collies, a small crossbreed and an Australian Working Kelpie.  House full now -doors closed. Well maybe!!!

Then along came Luca and then along came Penelope - Peeps for short, a Cirneco playmate for Luca.

My main hobby with my dogs is competing in agility.  I train with an agility club called Agility Addicts and have been the treasurer for 4 years.

About Me

Eindackel Cirnechi

Ive been exhibiting dogs since i was 14, starting with a Wire Fox Terrier who i had great success with, winning my first CC at Crufts. He was later made up and was top dog in his breed and a group winner. Ive also exhibited smooth Dachshunds over this time period.

In recent years i have focused my attention on Cirnechi dell'Etna, importing the first bitch into Ireland and also having the first litter of the breed here. I have made up Irish and international champions within the breed and also in the USA. I show regularly and write breed notes for Dog World.

About Me

I first saw a Cirneco at Crufts this year and was blown away. I have owned lurchers, wolfhounds, borzois, salukis, deerhounds and greyhounds. I’m currently owned by a whippet bitch Sylvie, four rats and a family of fishy folk. I am hoping to also be owed by a Cirneco as soon as possible.

About Me

Hi all, my name is Lee Cronshaw; I live in a small town called Oswaldtwistle, which is nestled inbetween Burnley and Blackburn in East Lancashire, with my wife Susan and our two children, Jay and Madison.

For as long as I can remeber my family have had dogs; starting with a Whippet and German Shepards when I was very young, we then got a Weimaraner and later a Spring Spaniel called Jazz, who is still a little monkey to this day.  Since moving house to live with my wife we have had a Labrador cross called Copper and we now have a little Westie called Archie.

I visited Crufts 2010 and spent 2 days hovering around the Cirneco stand as I fell in love instantly with the breed.  I was given Jill and David's details and contacted them as soon as I got home.  Our newest member of the family arrived home on 24th April, he was from Jill's Pink litter, and is called Sonny.:D

About Me

PLUMWODE

I am a former breeder of Cocker Spaniels.   A journalist, I live in London with one orange-and-roan Cocker called Millie, and a Cirneco dell'Etna puppy named Lucrezia Borgia -- although she answers to Lulu and many less flattering names.   Loony-Tunes being one of the most appropriate.

Having been "owned" by Rhodesian Ridgebacks for over 20 years and after much researching of smaller hound breeds we are now "co-managed" by Hazel ,a 9 months old Cirneco bitch. Both Hazel and our Ridgeback girl Robyn are owned in partnership with Mr. Danny Cullen.

About Me

I have been showing dogs for several years and started off showing with Boxers.  I now have with husband Glyn two pharaoh hounds, one which we bred,  both of which are UK champions.

We have bred 2 pharaoh hound litters, two from the last litter are now champions and one from the first litter has 2 c.c's.  We are committee members of the Pharaoh Hound Club.

I saw my first Cirneco at a show and then at Discover Dogs at Crufts.  It would be good to see them firmly established with a club in the UK.

About Me
I have owned a Cirneco, dell'Etna called Bellatrix (Kennel Club name: Moulin Rouge) since 2005. I bought my pup from Jill Morris in Wales (Anharbn hounds) and I have been absolutely thrilled with my girl hound from that date. She is a beautiful looking creature, who wins huge admiration, as well as curiosity wherever we are. Furthermore she is very obedient, unlike my previous dog who was a Pharaoh Hound, also beautiful but very strong willed. She travels everywhere with me in the UK (not abroad as yet) and is a very protective little guard dog. As for myself, I work from home as a writer and editor and am delighted to have Bella as very good company. I live in Hampstead, north London and spend a lot of time on Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and also in the country.
