A reminder that the club AGM will be held this year on Saturday 18th May, at Earslwood Methodist Church in Solihull, West Midlands B945JP.
If you have any items for the Agenda, they must be received by the secretary (firstname.lastname@example.org) by 26th April 2017.
There will be the usual indoor and outdoor activities and a picnic supplied by the members -- we'll remind you about the food a bit nearer the time. We'll also be holding a raffle for club funds, so if you have anything to contribute, do let a member of the committee know and bring the item with you on the day.
The full programme and further details will be with you shortly -- it would be a help if you could let the secretary know if you intend to come so we have a rough idea of the numbers.
