Our doors may be closed, but our enjoyment of the cavy hobby will always remain. Only one cavy lives here now, but I wanted to leave the website intact, with pictures and information that might be useful to other enthusiasts. So, enjoy what's left!
We are a small caviary located in Southern California. It all started with one Peruvian cavy that my daughter won in a naming contest at the county fair in 2006 - Fandango was his name. Sadly, he passed over the bridge after a short time with us, but he had planted a love for cavies in our hearts and it wasn't long before our herd started to grow.
Since then, our herd has grown to 70+ cavies, and then back down to 1, but we are growing again. Currently we have our Abyssinian mix, one Coronet boar, and pairs in the American, Peruvian, Silkie, Teddy and Texel breeds. We also have several rabbits, including the Lionhead, Mini Rex and Netherland Dwarf breeds. New to our mix of animals we have a turkey, chickens, geese and ducks. We'll be adding a page for them as soon as we can get them to hold still for pictures...
Thanks for visiting!
