SENSATIONS MAGAZINE

The Sensations Magazine Creative Events Series and 2019-2020 Book Tour

2019 - 32nd SEASON + DAVID MESSINEO'S 20 MINUTES OF CALM TOUR

The Sensations Magazine Creative Events Series - our travelling non-smoking event series - has been operating each year since 1988, and in 2019 is both the third longest ongoing poetry reading series in the State of New Jersey, and among the 25 longest continually-operating poetry reading series still active in America.  In its 32 seasons thus far, the series has sponsored events ranging from poetry, live music, and dance to writers' workshops, writers retreats, literary and history lectures, museums visits and walking tours, group luncheons and dinners, and much more.

The Creative Events Series offers 4 events per year for active subscribers only - listed as "Subscriber Only Event" below - and additional poetry readings, often in partnership with other groups, that include open mic reading opportunities for non-subscribers, and opportunities for the general public to attend - listed as "Public Event" below.

The goal for the Sensations Magazine Creative Events Series is a full 50-year run:  January 1988 to December 2037.

Below, first are dates and activities for our 32nd season, running during the calendar year of 2019, including both "subscriber only" events in the Creative Events Series, and our associated partnerships via "public events."  Then monthly readings for David Messineo's 20 Minutes of Calm Tour are listed.
