Catch-A-Ride started as a student run bus service, not affiliated with any university, and has been operating since September 2008. We began with one route connecting the University of Delaware with Baltimore, BWI Airport, and Washington DC. Over the years we have served several other schools and are constantly evolving to the needs of our customer. That evolution has finally led us to where we are today, providing holiday transportation for students returning to Long Island and North Jersey, and now to the Atlanta and Macon area as well at our southern schools. We are less expensive than competing services such as Amtrak. Since we pick up right on campus we are also more convenient. Best of all, our services are completely student oriented. So why wait? Terms and Conditions
This ticket represents a guaranteed seat. Tickets must be presented when boarding. Passengers who arrive without ticket are subject to forfeiting their fare and losing their reservation. Tickets are non-refundable, but can be rebooked for future travel. To change date of travel on a ticket you must call (800-218-8938) no later than 48 hours before your scheduled departure time and it can only be applied towards the semester for which it was originally booked and the following semester. Change-of-date tickets are not guaranteed seats until a new travel date is booked and are subject to a $5.00 Change of Date fee per ticket. Email notification of a change request will not be honored, you must call. Vehicle size depends on the number of bookings and can range from a 14 seat van to a 56 passenger coach bus.
For your safety and privacy, your credit card information, other than the type of credit card used (Visa, Amex, etc), is not retained by us. Your contact information (Address, phone number, email address) is used only for the purposes of marketing and communication by CollegeCoachBus and Catch-a-Ride Bus Lines and will not be sold or distributed to any other parties.

Our buses are operated by fully licensed and insured charter outfits
Are reservations required?
YES! Please purchase your tickets ahead of time so that we can guarantee everyone a seat.
I'm purchasing the ticket for my son/daughter, how do I put their name on it?
When purchasing the ticket there is a section to put the name of the person traveling, regardless of who is actually purchasing the ticket
Can I buy a ticket for just one direction?
Of course, just leave the return date blank and the ticket system will automatically recognize it as a one way trip
How early should I be at the bus stop?
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early
I tried to book a seat but nothing came up?
Our buses operate only for certain holidays. Check the schedule for your school and you'll see what dates we operate on.
How many bags can I bring?
As many as you can carry yourself! We have ample storage space for all of your luggage
Can I get a refund for my ticket if I don't use it/miss the bus?
Unfortunately, tickets can not be refunded. However, they can be put towards future use for a fee of $5.00 per ticket if canceled no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
