Keen badminton players looking for a fun and friendly club in 2016 are invited to come along to Broadlands Badminton Club and join in the celebrations marking the club's 40th year.
Broadlands Badminton Club is one of the region's longest established badminton clubs, it is affiliated to Badminton England and meets at Keynsham Leisure Centre weekly on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm to 10.30pm.
For 2016, and as part of the club's anniversary celebrations, Broadlands is set to welcome new adult members who are looking to improve their game and boost their badminton playing skills and techniques. Throughout January and February, new members will enjoy their first session free of charge.
Broadlands Badminton Club treasurer, Mark Ledbury, says: "Our celebrations marking 40 years of badminton are a great opportunity for former players to get out their racquets and fall in love with the game all over again.
"Broadlands is a friendly club of enthusiastic, experienced players with an eye on the local league - we would like to welcome some new keen players in 2016 to ensure the club continues for another 40 years!"
Whether you are interested in just playing at club level or want to play league badminton come and join us.
