10th June 2020: Sunset Resorts expand by taking back managment of two Montego Bay Hotels

Sunset Resorts Management announces the end of its agreement with AM Resorts for management of Sunscape Splash Montego Bay and Sunscape Cove Montego Bay, Jamaica. Both resorts are currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and plan to reopen in autumn 2020 following an extensive refurbishment programme and upon re-opening, they will be re-branded as Sunset Beach Resort, Spa & Waterpark and Oasis at Sunset. Sunset Resorts previously operated and managed both properties, from May 1998 until July 2015. Sunset Resorts had turned over management to AM Resorts in August 2015 but is now delighted to have the pair back under the Sunset umbrella.  For more information visit

1st April 2019 : Atlantis nears completion of investment and upgrade programme

Atlantis Paradise Island is delighted to announce the completion of another phase of upgrade at the world famous resort. 1st August 2017 : Playa Hotels & Resorts launches Panama Jack Resorts Brand

Playa Hotels & Resorts announces its partnership with leading consumer brand, Panama Jack.  Acclaimed for evolving the all-inclusive landscape, Under the Panama Jack brand, Playa will pursue the redevelopment of two of their existing all-inclusive hotels in Mexico: Gran Caribe Resort in Cancun and Gran Porto Resort in Playa del Carmen. 10th May 2017 : Atlantis - Come to Life - A More Bahamian Experience

Atlantis, Paradise Island Bahamas launches its mission to nurture and promote the Bahamian creative and entrepreneurial community with the story telling platform, 'Come to Life'. Kicking off a commitment to preserving the oral and visual history of the country, 'Come to Life' offers the opportunity for Bahamian makers to share their work with the world. 'Come to Life' has been designed to offer a visual journey that takes an intimate look at the spirit of the Bahamas.
