Description: South African native with narrow, succulent green leaves reminiscent of an Aloe. Long flower stalks rise above the foliage, spring through late summer. Delicate buds have a unique green center stripe, opening to deep orange flower spikes with frilly yellow stamens. This versatile dry climate gem adapts well to humidity and harsh weather. Best planted en masse as a groundcover or in rock gardens.
