I've been a DXer for over 56 years in New Zealand,  Australia, and the UK.

These days I don't chase QSL's, as I've Verified over 100 MW Countries, and 120 SW ones. (Whilst in N.Z.)

My DXing these days is more Utility orientated, including HF, VHF, and UHF. (With HF Aero taking up a lot of my time.)

     Equipment I use is :-             Icom Pcr1000 (Great for VHF)

                                                                        Kenwood R-1000

                                                                        Yassu FRG 7700 ( A great HF work horse)

                                                                        Uniden UBCT8

Other gear in use is , Yupiteru MVT-7100,  Sangeam ATS 818acs,  and a VR120 handheld

Antennas everything from a long wire (random), to Comercial Whips etc.

When I was young and with my first Radio in 1948. (Aged 11)

A year before my Birth , The late Auther Cushen was only a lad then.
