Toughness --> Improved Toughness --> Master Toughness: Each upgrade gives an extra 10, 20, 0r 30 hit points for every level gained.

Armor Focus --> Improved Armor Focus --> Master Armor Focus: Can be used on any of the following armor groups. Light Armor, Medium Armor, Heavy Armor, Physical Shields, Energy Shields.
