This is where I'll be updating my journey to get back to where I was. In the Billy Blanks Club we started a journey called Zero to Nine. Most of us in the past have found that it took us about 9 months to get where we wanted to be. So that is my journey. When I first lost my weight with Tae Bo it took me 9 months. That is my focus again. Now our club started last month and my February sucked...so March is coming new for me. I started my original Journey 7 years ago in March and I'm starting my new journey again in March.
