Basically, the first series is the very start of gemnaworld, it is the beginning of the story, and the beginning of the gemna's (for more information on how gemnaworld got started, see Jordi's profile). Jordi had just thought of the story and the very first characters, and he didn't really have any idea how big this would turn out to be.
