Z Bear Farms
We are a small family owed & operated barrel horse farm. Situated on 50 acres of rolling pasture in Utica, MS. We Breed and train our own, standing two of our very own stallions. We take on a limited number of outside horses a year for training.We take on even fewer students, due to we run our own horses.With each student we coach, we want to be able to 
give them our undivided attention. We specialize in Barrel Horses trained the Natural Horsemanship way. Natural Horsemanship is the philosophy of working with horses by appealing to their instincts and herd mentality. It involves communication techniques derived from wild horse observation in order to build a partnership that closely resembles the relationships that exist between horses. These majestic creatures were not put on this earth to run a set of cans (really, how many wild horses do you see setting up the barrel pattern?). So why force them to do it? We try to bring out the willing and cooperative side of our partners. That's what they are, not our employees.
