If I started this review by moaning about Burnout 3 I'd find it very difficult to begin! There's not much to complain about, it's a near perfect game! As you may know, EA recently bought Burnout from Akklaim and the change of developer certainly shows. It has definitely been changed for the better! The graphics, the gameplay, the cars, the modes and the playability have all been improved! It's single player mode is a unique experience and the multiplayer is a bundle of laughs! But the latest, greatest and if not most important addition to Burnout is the online mode! In many ways it's a lot like SSX3 - Except it's more fun! As with all online EA games you can use the headset to communicate with your opposition. This comes in great use when you've just smashed up the one guy's car that you've been chasing around all day, "'Av that!"! As the leader of ZAP, the greatest online clan in the history of network gaming, I can safely say that Burnout 3 is well worth the money! In fact, I'm planning to hold some competitions for ZAP members to take part in on Burnout 3 - It's a totally different game that will refresh your mind from the likes of Tony Hawk's or Need For Speed! Get it. Now. 10/10
Well, All I can say is that everybody should get Burnout 3 online or not. It's crashes are amazing, it's cars look spot on, it's playability is fantastic and so on... That's it really! If you don't want to read me repeating myself over and over again down here in the summary, read the above review and discover that God is, in fact, Burnout 3.
