Youth Volunteer Corps of Alpena is a group of youth volunteers who participate in meaningful community service projects year round! YVC members are given the opportunity to make a difference in their community, earn service hours, earn school credit, make new friends, be part of a team, and have FUN!

Congratulations to YVC member Samantha Forintos who was recently named the Boys and Girls Club of Alpena Youth of the Year for 2007! Sam recently competed at the state level and placed 3rd in the Michigan Boys and Girls Club Youth of the Year competition! Congratulations Sam!
