There are 34 new Skirmish modes, 37 counting existing ones, most available for single player and, if both players have the mod, multiplayer. Only Cooperative is a multiplayer-only mode. Bolded ones are the original single-player Skirmish modes.
Air War-
No high-tech units, just troops and aircraft
All-Knowing- Players get Psychic Sensor effect across the map
All-Seeing- Players always see the entire map
Alone in the Dark- Construction Yards have built-in Gap Generators, and radar is prohibited
Assault- Destroy the enemy's very strong Assault Flag to win
The Art of Rushing- Everything gets built and trained faster
Battle- Standard battle with optional teams
Blitzkrieg- Basic troops, tanks and engineers build cheap and fast
Blood Bath- There are no bases, just standard guerilla warfare
Cooperative- Battle a campaign with your friends
Crate Golden Gun- This mode combines 'Crate War' with 'Golden Gun'
Crate Golden Gun 2- This mode combines 'Crate War' with 'Golden Gun 2'
Crate War- The battlefield is plagued with powerup crates

Economic Society- Harvesters are cheaper, faster, stronger, carry more ore
First Come, First Serve- All Tech buildings are invincible
Free-for-All- Standard battle with no teams
Golden Gun- All attacking units and structures kill or die in one hit
Golden Gun 2- All units and structures kill or die in one hit
Impenetrable Fortress- Attacking structures are invincible
Industrial Revolution- Non-attacking structures cost $100
Infantry War- Troops, miners, and troop-carrying units only
Insane Crate War- Way more crates than you know what to do with
Land Rush- Players must rush to find a good base location
Meat Grinder- Low-tech units and structures up to radar level
Medal of Dishonor- Units don't gain veterancy
Medical Revolution- All units self-heal
Megawealth- Capture Oil Derricks to earn money; miners prohibited
Naval War- Naval units and very low-tech land units
Rolling Thunder- Tanks, basic troops, and engineers only
Shadow War- All offensive units are cloaked
Special Operations- No country-specific units; all Allies get the Sniper, etc.
Super War- All factions get all superweapons
Team Alliance- Standard battle with fixed teams
Tech Fortress- Unholy Alliance and Impenetrable Fortress in one mode
Unholy Alliance- Build units and structures from all three factions
Unlimited War- All build limits on units are removed, queue limit of 10,000 units
Dimension X
This is a new skirmish mode exclusive to Yuri's New Terror.
GIs, Conscripts, and Initiates explode violently when killed. Run them over to safely kill them.
Cows explode like a Demolition Truck when killed. Mind-control them and you can blow up a base!
Mirage Tanks have a sniper rifle instead of the energy weapon, and a build limit of 4.
Terrorists can now disguise as enemy troops.
Units self-heal faster and buildings repair really fast!
When you sell a building, you get 2/3 its cost refunded.
Master Minds can control up to 5 units without taking overload damage.
Slave Miners sound like they're on helium!
