Zach Komes is a young teenager from the United States, and founded YFCI back in 2005. He won the Interfaith Conference of Milwaukee Youth Leadership Award for creating a coffee stand on his street corner to benefit UNICEF and Heifer International. To date, the coffee stand has raised over $1,500 for charity. Currently, he serves as YFCI's Executive Director. He is also Youth Coordinator for A Better Community for All, and Promotion Officer of the United Youth Committee of the World. Zach has also volunteered locally, written articles, and enjoys acting, photography, and swimming. He also is interested in politics and grassroots activism. He hopes to join the Peace Corps, and work for a better world.

Noor Al-Zubaidy, Member Services Coordinator, grew up in Iraq, and lived seven years of her life there. Later, she moved to Jordan, and then finally made her way to Oman. She says staying in different places has been a good experience for her because it made her learn about different livestyles and allowed her to meet many people. She is involved with many online organizations and forums, and she enjoys online activism. She is an active member of several UNICEF forums including Voices of Youth and the Rural Voices of Youth. She is also a proud member of Aspire2Inspire and the United Youth Commmittee of the World. Noor is the Member Services Coordinator for YFCI, which allows her to welcome members and answer their inquiries. She enjoys getting in touch with young people who want to bring a positive change to the world. She hopes to work for UNICEF.

Anu Maheshwari, Editor-in-Chief of YFCI's ALPHA Magazine, grew up in India. She is the Editor-in-Chief of ALPHA Magazine, a project of YFCI. She has been an active member and Community Engagement Moderator (Virtual Volunteer) at TakingITGlobal.org for the past three years. She is also part of the Young Leaders Forum (YLF), an initiative of the German NGO Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, India office. She is a Gold medalist at both Graduate and Post Graduate level in the field of English Literature and Language. Anu has a dream of joining the United Nations Organisations with an aim to make the world a better place. With this aim in mind, she has been participated at various Model United Nations, including the Milan International Model United Nations (2006), Geneva International Model United Nations (2007, where she was the voted the best Delegate) and Zagreb International Model United Nations (2007). Apart from this, she also participated in the German-Indian Strategic Partnership meeting held in Germany in November 2007. She firmly believes that difference should be respected, as Benito Juarez says "Among individuals as among nations the respect to other people's rights is peace". She decided to be part of the YFCI network as she believes that by spreading the word and bringing enterprising young people from around the world it is possible to together to work on innovative solutions to the problems in the world.

Gesa Mike Munabi, Awareness Director, was norn in Jinja, the second largest town in Uganda, East Africa. Mike's leadership background started way back in 1997 in secondary school, when he was elected to the post of Organising Secretary of their home based youth organisation called Freedom square Youth Group. Currently, Mike is attached to various youth led organisations at leadership positions and actively involved in youth leadership and community development both at local, national and international, of which he is also the Country Ambassador for Uganda and Awareness Director for Youth For Change International. The other posts he holds with other youth based organisations include; Programs Officer for Youth Action International-Uganda, President for Students for Global Democracy Uganda Chapter, Coordinator for Earth Charter Youth Initiative-Kampala. Mike has registered tremendous achievements for instance, he pioneered the initiation of Youth For Change international in Uganda, pioneered the extension of Youth Action International to Uganda, founder for Students for Global Democracy Uganda in and many various youth initiatives including the current ones, Students Environmental Action Coalition, Uganda Cares Dosomething Club, which is being initiatiated now and he will be als promoting the United Association of Youth Organisation in Uganda.
Jenny Lonussen, Forum Administrator, grew up in Eygelshoven, a little village in The Netherlands. She currently attends Rolduc College, one of the local high schools. She is in her final year, and will be done with High School in May. Afterwards, she plans on studying social work. She currently is involved with Voices of Youth and TakingITGlobal. Her current roles with YFCI are Forum Administrator and Ambassador for The Netherlands. She enjoys soccer, reading, music, watching Charmed and Bones, and is a huge fan of Alyssa Milano.

Victoria Maraví, Green Dream Project Coordinator and Promotion Video Editor, is a resident from Peru that has recently graduated from school among the top students in her grade and will soon start college in La Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has been involved in different volunteering projects during the past three years and is likely to join activist groups at PUCP. Her current roles in YFCI are being Project Coordinator of the Green Dream Initiative, Promotion Video Editor and Ambassador from Peru. She is interested in topics that include education, poverty, gender equality and climate change, and writes articles about these online. Also, two of her favourite activist 'pillars' are anarchism and the ideas of Mahatma Gandhi.
Haris Stavridis, Member Griefances Director and Co-Founder of UYCW, comes from Greece and attends the 2nd Class of the Senior High School. He is 16-17 years old and he co-founded the United Youth Committee of the World. He has also took part in Euroscola 2008 representing with 24 students Greece. His currently role in YFCI is Organization Partnership Coordinator and Ambassador from Greece. Burton Danet, Ph.D., YFCI Main Partner and Co-Founder of ABC4ALL, grew up in Massachusetts USA. He attended schools there, and upon graduation attended Yale University (B.A.) and University of Minnesota (Ph.D.). Since 1998, he has been working with Co-Founder Bob Chew and over 500+ members to create a new entity in the world. Through close collaboration with YFCI, every effort is being made to create empowerment for Youth. Through a variety of methods, they has developed a multi-youth group coalition, Project Y.A.Y., which brings youth together from three organizations. Participation is encouraged by youth everywhere.
Huda Al-Zubaidy, YFCI's Be the Change Awards Representative, was born and grew up in Iraq, and lived there for seven years. She is currently a student in Nizwa, Oman. She is a member of the Voices of Youth forums, and a member of the United Youth Committee of the World (UYCW). She is a member of YFCI and currently the Be The Change Awards Representative. She is interested in communicating with youth from all over the world and hearing what they have to say about the issues that are facing this world. She is trying to make a difference by keeping her hope and faith. She enjoys discussing issues with youth and hearing their thoughts and hopes for the world because she believes that youth can change the world, if they unite!
Travis Boddie, Forum Moderator, was born in Newport News, VA., but resides in New Haven, Connecticut. He currently attends the Career Magnet H.S and will be a senior in the upcoming year. He is the recipient of the President Gold Community Service Award, and has been nominated to receive the President Lifetime Service Award for community service. Travis is a member of FBLA-PBL, where he assumes a position as an officer on a variety of committee. He works with a numerous of organizations trying to find solutions for poverty, teen pregnancy, policy, and much more. Currently he serves as the Chair for New Haven Healthy Start Teen Committee and serve on numerous of the boards to the running of that organization. Travis Boddie is the youngest Vice President and currently serves as the Chief Teen Trainer of the United Teen Connection which provides a Teen to Teen hotline and also advocates to make difference and allow them to find a solutions for themselves. He has faced many problems, overcame them and he believes that he was put through it to share his story. Travis hopes to one day become someone that has the power to change and make difference and he continually to do that.
