Dear Friends,

I usually do not like people, or organizations, asking for money. You probally don't either. But, Youth for Change International is solely funded by donations. We have written to many youth foundations, and all turned us down. Our only budget is funded by Zach (the teenage Director), and needs help doing so!

Our goal is to raise $150 by January 2010.  It doesn't sound like much, but it means that we will be able to  pay all of our bills/debts, and continue the work of this organization in the future.

How we would use $150

• Renew YFCI Website, Email, and Domain Name services ($79.97)
• Get a P.O. Box ($40.00) to better communicate with youth around the world.
• Help pay for office supplies and shipping costs ($30.03) for letters to youth foundations.
• Possibility of registering as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
• Become a better organization through more communication of YFCI's mission and get more youth involved.

Our mission is to inspire the youth of today, to take action in their communities, through many different mediums. That's why I'm asking you to please contribute to this cause; we're a group of teenagers looking to create a better world.

All donations will go towards the fees of this organization, and none of your donation will go towards salaries (all of our staff are volunteers) or personal expenses. A simple donation of $5.00 goes a long way.

At this time, none of your donations are tax-deductable, as we are not old enough to register as a 501 (c) non-profit organization or charity. We are a group of youth from around the world trying to get young people involved and change the world. Therefore, your donation will have even more meaning, as you are giving, and not as much recieving. Absolutely NONE of the money given will be used for salaries, etc., as all of staff members are volunteers. All the money earned will cover organization costs, and youth-led projects around the world.
