How does the future look in the eyes of YFCI? What are our goals for the future?

Organization Strength

  1. We have good links to some essential other organizations working on similar issues.

  1. We have a new and innovative service of putting the welfare of young people on the forefront whilst making them sustainable.

  1. We have direct delivery capability which allows us to interact with our beneficiaries and re-shape our programs as needed.

  1. Our programs and areas of operation have been identified already.

  1. Our programs are unique and in line with our mission and the Millennium Development Goals. We target the root cause of poverty and conflict among young people.

  1. Our staff are committed and compassionate to our mission and vision.

  1. We don’t impose programs on people but identify the gaps.

Opportunities

  1. Governments and community tend to accredit the voice of NGOs.

  1. We have the opportunity to collaborate, partner or strategic alliances with other NGOs .

  1. We can apply for funding from other donor agencies.

  1. We could have the opportunity to expand our work to other countries.

  1. We can fundraise for small projects locally.

  1. We have an organization website which can market and promote our organization.

Suggested Future Goals for Youth for Change International
