It had been five-thousand years ever since the volcano strike, and now one of the largest islands recorded in world history was now hovering in the ocean.

ONE YEAR LATER...

A large ship loaded with cats rocked upon the jerking waves, until it sturk then.

A  dreadful lightning storm.

The ship soon just so happened to crash into the large island that sat blank for one year. It just so happened to now contain more features such as a arge forest, a lake, and a pond. Trees of all sorts sat on the moist, beachy sand. It was winter, and the sand looked as if snowy powder. Once the ship crashed into it, the ship began to sink, and every cat evacuated, landing on the island. The sleeping driver of the ship was said to die, while the cats started themselves quite an village. Finding that the island was extrmly large, the cats decided on an empire. Many cats that were far from the island were called to it, and the empire grew larger, and larger. Finally, a leader was decided upon them in the capital- Arnarianne. Boldly stood Revenous.

Prologue

Ariona lay thoughfully in the large den she shared with her family. Her mother, Sailarie was busy eating her vole in which was very small. Supper these days in the den was every-man-for-himself. Arion mostly found the rascal mice in the den, or voles that sprung here to there all around the village of Luna.

Luna was a rather small village. Few cats were ever seen out of their dens unless visitin with others. It was always silent, what Sailarie called peaceful. On the other hand, Ariona called it disasterous. She was rather outgoing, selfless, and at the same time shy, swift, and clever. She loved to see everyone everywhere, visiting, talking, and having a great time. It sometimes even surprised herself at the though of her  being cooped up in the den of her family.

And  the even more shocking part, was the fact that she only had one friend, which died not too long ago. This entirely changed Ariona's life, and this was the reason you never found her partying in the village square. Ariona hated to admit it, but the death of her friend Lily changed she and her life quite a bit.

"Now, Ariona, what are you having for supper?" Sailarie, her mother turned to Ariona with her gleaming violet eyes. "You don't think I care- but I do. Now hurry and get a vole or something." The  ginger tabby begain her way to a small nest of pine needles in which she called her bed.

Ariona began her way out of the den and into the main field of Luna, which held countless voles. The pale, creamy orange tabby stared around thoughtfully with her gleaming pale, violet eyes.

She leaned forward in hunting crouch once her gaze fell upon a silver vole. Although rather small, Ariona decided that there was nothing else she could find around the den to eat. Finally at the moment she decided was opportune, Ariona sprang forward, and sank her sharp, clean teeth into the thin skin of the helpless vole. Blood steined her snow-white teeth, as she began her way back to the den in which she called hers.

Life wasn't always this way for some cats, and especially one in which roamed the village of Pellenaria. Pellenaria was a very distant village, far, far east of Luna. It was much larger, and was sandy, marshy, and muddy. There was hardly enough food and clean water to last, and Saphira, a ginger hued calico cat with saphire eyes, grew more worried by the second.

Of course, being an orphan made things even more difficult for Saphira to survive. She was a one-year-old little cat that never took risks, but she was thinking about taking one good one, that could chang her life in the good way or the bad way.

"Saphira, dear," explained the warm voice of an orphan age helper. "What's the trouble? There's dinner in one of the rooms in this den."

"Well, I'm just not feeling it. I think I'll go and get myself a vole," Saphira sighed, and decided to speak part of the truth. "I've been really thoughtful these days."

   "About what?"

"Never mind," Saphira spoke softly, as she jumped to her feet and padded out of the den. Saphira heaved a sigh as she skidded into the field of the village.

In no time what so ever, she began her way back to the den, her mouth stuffed with voles. Just then, Saphira paused.

A sweet, high-pitch, heavenly voice was calling her name. Saphira gazed in every direction, but could find no cat in the field, or better yet, talking to her. Saphira glanced around. "Err... please- reveal yourself...?"

A pale, drained, snow-white, dainty cat appeared before her. "Saphira, please, do follow me. I know you have been deep in thought of moving away from this village- Pellenaria?"

   "Yes," Saphira meowed softly.

"Well follow wherever that star up there- you see the big silver one?" the white cat pointed to a large, silver star in the now dark sky.

"How is there a star this early- it's late, but too early for stars," Saphra couldn't help but remark.

"Dear, don't ask such trivial questions. I don't know, anyways," she spoke in a gentle, motherly voice, that reminded Saphira very much of her own dead mother.

Just as Saphira had begun her quest, little did she know that two other cats had only begun theirs.

It had now been three days since the star incident., and the three cats were mearing one another without even knowing this.

Ariona purred to herself mournfully as she padded through the large, Ebony Forest. Ebony Forest stretched for quite a bit, sitting on the border between Restavandaria and Wysteria. "I can't believe I listened to that very odd cat, in which wouldn't even identify itself. Sometimes I can't believe myself, this is outrageous- me traveling to some odd place that I don't know." Ariona gazed up at the sky and continued following the star.

Just then, a silver cat with dull, jade eyes glanced into Ariona's direction. "Hey- err- you!" celibi cried.

"Hi...?" Ariona gazed behind her at the silver cat. "Who're you?"

"The name is Celibi, I'm not from around here. And I reckon you aren't, as well..." Celibi's eyes widened once she saw Ariona. She certainly wasn't.

"I'm Ariona, I'm just- following some dumb star. What's the point?" Ariona questioned?

"I was just going to ask you. I have to follow that star," Celibi pointed with her tail to the large, silver star.

"So'm I!" Ariona burst with wide-eyes. "Want to-" she was interrupted by a ginger hued cat with a wide smile.

"I'm sorry, but I need quite some help. I believe that I've lost a relatively large, silver star," Saphira stared at the two with bright, hopeful eyes.

"Yes- err- we're on our way to wherever the star you're talking us takes us... want to follow?" Celibi stared flatly.

"OK," Saphira shrugged. " As long as I get there."

Ariona smiled." You will- we will, together." Ariona couldn't help but feel Lily's essence as the three began their way after the star- together.
