For orders received from rest of the countries, the packet shall be sent by Registered Air mail Post, at the same rates.
It may take Approximately 2 weeks more or earlier, depending on the Postal Systems & Customs Clearances of both the countries. As the Tracking number is NOT provided by India Post, we can provide you with the Registered Mail Receipt number issued by India Post (of Government of India) on request.
English Language Editions: All International Orders shall be supplied by default in English Language Editions only.
Other Language Editions: All the VCDs are available in English & Hindi Editions separately. All the three Books by Swami Ramdev are available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi & Bengali Editions separately, at the same rates. To order the other languages editions of your choice, please send us an email, immediately after ordering & payment to us via "contact us" form and insist on an response from us.
Only the DVD by Swami Ramdev is having two sound tracks, English & Hindi, two-languages-in-one DVD.
On receipt of Payment, all packets are sent after the next working day.
Insurance: In - transit - Insurance is available @ 35% of the total of the purchase price plus the shipping & handling. If required, please send us an email via "contact us" form and we shall send you the Invoice via PayPal for the exact amount in US Dollars. Please pay this invoice on receipt.
Returns Policy:
Please provide your complete postal address, with your orders.
If the VCDs/ DVDs are not functioning at all, the same shall be replaced at our cost for re-sending by the same mode, while the buyer returns the items to us at his cost. . It is in the interest of buyer to ensure that the VCDs/ DVDs are run on couple of different modes/ makes of VCD/ DVD players/ Multimedia Personal Computers etc., eliminating all the errors, by trial & error methods to know why the VCDs/ DVDs are not functioning. We supply only the original sealed packs, which contain the original Hologram of the respective copyright holders, who pack the VCDs/ DVDs only after testing the same very carefully. Buyer should email & seek confirmation from us, before returning anything.
