HTML codes and stuff to improve sites: |

Alright here are some basic HTML codes you might want to add to your site. Also there are some codes to change scrollbar, make navigation menues and so on.
Basic Tags in each code:
REMEMBER ALL CODES I WILL SHOW WILL NOT BE ATTACHED. ALL THE < AND > MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE CODE.
In almost every single code there are some special codes you must place. These are < and > . Example: < body bgcolor="" > . Always keep that in mind, so if something doesn't work it might be because you forgot that. Anyway at the start of creating a page you will not these codes:
< html >
< head >
< title >
< /head >
< body >
< /body>
< /html>
Now let me explain what they stand for.
All codes Must be between the 2x html tags.
Most javascrip, php, mysql and meta tags are placed between the 2x HEAD.
The title of the page are placed between 2X TITLE. Its not the title of the site but what will appear in the browse
Between the 2x BODY is where you place all your html codes. background, images, text and so on
Alright now that you now that you know this lets go for some harder stuff.
The code < br > is just to make spaces. Lets say your going to make a list of something. It wont work if you press enter to make spaces. you gotta use for example:
* Apples< br >
* Oranges < br >
And so on. We will now go for background color.
Its quite simple in fact. Just add this code:
< body bgcolor="" >
Between the " " put the HEX code. Thats a color code on a way. You may find these by searching at google for HEX COLOR CODES. You may also just click in RED, BLUE or what ever color you want but not all programs accept that.
Now maybe you want to add some images too your site. another simple code just click in:
< img src="">< /a >
Between the " " Put the link/URL to your image. If you have a image in your files and you want it up you need a image hoster. Go to www.photobucket.com for that.
Also we might want some links on your site. Click in this code:
< a href="">< /a >
Between the " " Put the link you want to show up. Now maybe you want it to say for example: STORE instead of just the link so everybody knows what they will be clicking. Simple. Just make the code like this then:
< a href="LINK HERE!">STORE< /a >
