Yustaga County Fire-Rescue

Due to rising costs and decreasing travelers, Reagan International Airport has turned fire protection and EMS responsibilities over to Yustaga County Fire-Rescue. Stationed at the airport is Engine 17, Rescue 7, (Both Pictured) and Medic 17.

Welcome to the website of Yustaga County Fire-Rescue. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve and upload information to the site. YCFR was born when a group of commisioners in Brickmont Heights decided to cut funding to the fire department. I disagreed with this decision and immediately resigned as Chief of the Department. I was later approached by the Yustaga County Commisioners and told of plans to start a county wide Fire and Rescue department, and asked if I would become the Chief of this venture. Early Januray of 2008  Yustaga County Fire-Rescue was born. The Department is still in the growing stages, we have a few new pieces of apparatus, but the bulk is borrowed apparatus from other departments as well as apparatus purchased from now defunct Brickmont Heights companies, so if you've been to the Brickmont Heights site in the past, you're liable to see some old favorites in our apparatus section.
