Our shipping costs are based on dollar amount spent because the Paypal shopping cart we are using right now is a little limited in the way we can set it up.  HOWEVER ~ these costs are NOT set in stone and we're happy to accomodate other options at your request.  For instance, you may only wish to purchase one sock blocker keychain and the base shipping via Priority Mail for our site would seem silly :)  Please email us and we'll be happy to adjust the shipping for you either via a Paypal refund or sending an adjusted invoice with a much better shipping rate.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ~ PLEASE READ!

We are happy to ship to you and appreciate your business :)  The shipping totals that are inserted when you shop via the Paypal shopping cart WILL NOT be the correct shipping prices for you.  You're welcome to shop via the Paypal shopping cart, and when we receive your order we will send an ADDITIONAL invoice to meet the various shipping charges to your country.  You're also welcome to email us first with your location information and desired purchase...we'll figure your shipping and send you a Paypal invoice.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO FALSIFY CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS ~

This is a federal crime punishable by law.  We will not mark your package as a gift or commercial sample so that you can avoid paying customs fees/duties ~ this would jeapordize our business and we will not do this under any circumstances.  We hope you understand our position and that you don't wish for us to break the law on your behalf.

Shipping charges DO NOT include customs fees or taxes/duties for your country.  This is your responsibility once the package arrives in your country.  We are not experts on international custom laws or practices and can't give you information regarding what these fees/costs may be.  Please contact the customs officials in your country for the information you need on fees and procedures for claiming your packages.  Also understand that these procedures may delay delivery of your items ~ please check with your customs officials regarding your packages if you don't receive them...our US Postal Service has no control over your items once they leave our borders and neither do we.  This can be a particular problem in our experience in Canada so PLEASE make sure you understand your customs procedures and contact them before assuming that we have not shipped your packages.  We can not be responsible for missing international packages and will not refund money for lost international packages.  We will stand behind our product guarantee, however, and are happy to refund your money if you wish to return the items to us.
