All Drum Editor Notes are Chromatic.

You can copy any folder and paste it in any folders or from file to file. The arrange folder is a graphic representation of the event list.

Inside the Drum Editor Folder there are 16 Sequences, each with Drum Sequence Set-ups. The Drum Editor Folder works in the same way as Multi Mode.

Ch.10, the Drum channel, has 3 modes of operation.

1. Normal Mode turns the channel into an Instrument Voice Sound channel. ( Has to be set-up in the setup folder. )

2. Drum Mode plays GM and XG Drums Sounds. The Orange Song Folder is set up to play normal GM / XG drums.

3. Drum 1-2 Mode or Drum Edit Mode The yellow folders use Drum Edit Mode. Controllers in the XG Drum Set-up Sequence control the overall levels of Drum Edit Mode.

The Drum Editor is a very posh Drum Map. The available parameters are displayed in the Event List, Hyper Editor, and the Drum Editor Environment Page.

In each channel set-up sequence Program Changes, and META Events, are arranged like a control panel.

The values are to the left of the parameter name. Value 64 = center

Program Changes, and META Events, within the Event List are sent to the Environment were they are converted into SysEx numbers and other numbers that the DB50XG likes to receive.

The Event List and the Hyper Editor are the most powerful editors within Logic Audio, they control the Environment.

All the available Drum Editor META Events within the DB50XG Environment can be sculpted using the Hyper Editor and all META Events have been assigned within the Hyper Editor ready for instant use.

All parameters within the Environment can be programmed from the Event List or the Hyper Editor, or you can simply use it as a Drum Edit Mixing Desk.

Drum Editor Environment Cables

These are my Drum Editor Cables; it took me years figuring out how to organize Logic Audio Environment Cabling. This Cabling makes the Drum Editor work.

Drum Editor Cables Junction
This Cabling is the Drum Environment Input/Output Junction Section.

This is my Art.

I design Logic Audio Synthesizer Environment Pages.
