Yacht 'Ballena' is a GRP hull built 1970 in Costa Mesa California designed by Bill Tripp design as a cruiser/racer.
Overall length 13.2m, Waterline length 11.2m, Beam 3.8m, Draft 2.2m, Air draft 18.2m.
Dry weight 10 tonnes (4 Tonnes Keel), normally 12 Tonnes loaded. Classed as a light/medium displacement.

Currently she is wintering in Marmaris Yacht Marina with the owner living on board and arrangements can be made to view anytime. "Ballena" will be lifted for annual maintenace and there is the opportunity to save on the survey costs.
Ballena will be cruising Turkish waters during the 2009 season and can be viewed by arrangement at any marina along the West and South Turkish coasts. Arrangements can be made for interested persons to come and sail as paying guests. Either just enjoy the holiday or have the flight and fees refunded on agreed purchase.
